Nirantar is a resource centre for gender and education. It runs the PACE program, a structured educational intervention for never enrolled and dropout girls from economically disadvantaged and marginalised communities in urban and semi-urban areas.

For the project’s initial video bytes, I developed a distinct style guide, interpreted Hindi scripts, and produced storyboards that visually conveyed the script-writer and curriculum’s vision. This also involved suggesting the most suitable forms for the illustrations, whether print comic books, videos, print games, or digital games. I assisted the creative team in producing the final outputs and provided revisions and made necessary adjustments based on feedback, collaborated with the programme team to offer design-related assistance for the portal, and ensured proper crediting and licensing of any external graphics. Additionally, I contextualized illustrations to the learners’ experiences, grounding them in feminist pedagogy.
