FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days using a shipping provider. Flat rate shipping fee of Rs.50 applies to orders shipping below Rs.499. We do not ship outside of India at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat rate shipping: We offer Rs. 50 flat rate shipping to orders under Rs. 500.
Free Shipping for orders over Rs. 50.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ola.kokila@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
